There are SO many good things to say about our experience with Jelena! My husband and I came down for a vacation and met her at the pool. After visiting for just awhile, one thing led to another and a few months later we were owners in paradise! Making a purchase in another country was a bit uncertain for us. We don't speak the language (but are now learning) and were not familiar with some of the banking and real estate processes of DR. She was gracious with her time and walked us through every single step. Jelena's calm and genuine support (and Spanish-English translation assistance) really made us feel heard and understood.
